Important Fall Sports Information:
Monday August 4th - 1st Day of Practice for High School Football.

Monday August 11th - 1st Day of Practice for ALL Fall Sprts

*You must have a completed DIAA sports physical dated on or after 04/01/25 turned into the school Athletic Trainer, Andrew Wessells in order to tryout/begin practice!!! You can schedule an appointment with the Wellness Center, 302-628-2180. Please make your appointment ASAP!

Physical Exam Information

SPORTS PHYSICAL ???
All Athletes must have a physical dated after 4/1/25 to be eligible to participate in sports for the 2025-26 school year.

Winter Sports Update

Winter Sports Tryouts: ALL Athlete's must be academically eligible and have a DIAA Sports Physical dated after April 1st. 2024. Phyicals should be turned into the main office and signed off by Athletic Trainer!

Winter Athletics 2023 /2024

Seaford Athletics ( Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball, and Wrestling

Tickets for each game/match must be purchased through GoFan. The GoFan link is attached to each game on BluejaysSports.com and will be posted the District Facebook page.

Tickets will go on sale Saturday morning at 9am prior to the upcoming weeks scheduled games. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Physical information

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PLAY SPORTS, YOU MUST
HAVE A SPORTS PHYSICAL FIRST.

You can get your physical completed at your doctor's office, at any walk-in clinic or in the Seaford Wellness Center.
REQUIRED DIAA PPE PHYSICAL FORM
Completed sports physicals should be turned in to the main office at the High School. Put a note on the physical that says "Athletic Office". PHYSICALS MUST BE TURNED IN OR YOU CANNOT PRACTICE THE FIRST DAY.
